The Impinj IR team received top marks, including Best CFO & Best IR Team, from Institutional Investor in its 2023 All-America Executive Team Survey.
Impinj’s investor relations (IR) team was recognized for its outstanding work by "Institutional Investor" magazine’s annual All-America Executive Team survey, with three first-place rankings: Best CFO, Best IR Team, and Best IR Professional, along with three additional honors. "Institutional Investor" is a well-regarded financial publication, and we are honored to receive this acknowledgement from the investment community.
Investor relations excellence
Recognized as Best CFO in his category, Cary Baker is a proven finance leader who brings over 20 years’ experience to the Impinj team. During his tenure with Impinj, he has helped drive excellence in the company’s core IR activities, ensuring that investment professionals have regular access to the Impinj IR and leadership teams. This exposure is critical in ensuring that the company’s position and vision are well understood.
Under Cary’s leadership, the Impinj IR team has been highly responsive to the financial community’s requests to learn about Impinj, hosting hundreds of calls and meetings throughout the year. The team also drove clear communications around Impinj’s long-term strategy, which they shared across multiple venues, including the company’s first ever Investor Day in June. The cumulative work led to recognition for Andy Cobb, vice president of strategic finance, as Best IR Professional, as well as for Impinj’s entire IR team, which includes Cary Baker, Andy Cobb, and Tracy Moran.

The Impinj team’s dedication to excellence led to additional recognition by "Institutional Investor", including top-three rankings for Best CEO (Chris Diorio), Best Board of Directors, and Best Investor Relations program, a further testament to the team and company’s commitment to creating long-term shareholder value.
We are particularly honored to receive this recognition via independent nominations by investment professionals on both the buy and sell side. These professionals nominate corporate executives and IR teams who embody not just strong financial performance, but more specifically clarity in communication, trustworthiness, and reliability. Impinj was one of 17 midcap semiconductor companies to be nominated.
