2005 Venture All Stars Names Impinj Venture All Star Company of the Year

Seattle, WA June 23, 2005 - Impinj, Inc. (www.impinj.com) took home top honors as the 2005 Venture All Star Company of the year&trade at the 5th Annual Venture All Stars&trade Awards Gala and NASDAQ Golf Tournament held Friday, June 3, 2005 (www.ventureallstars.com). Additionally, Dyaptive Systems (http://www.dyaptive.com) won best of British Columbia and Monsoon, LLC was named best of Oregon. The winning companies were evaluated by the 2005 Venture All Stars selection committee, comprised of representatives from more than 35 venture capital organizations representing billions of dollars in venture capital including: Motorola Ventures, Madrona Venture Group, Arch Venture Partners, Voyager Capital, OVP Venture Partners, Greenstone VC, Yaletown Venture Partners, and the Puget Sound Venture Club.

"Over the past five years The Venture All Stars have become perhaps the most prestigious and sought after corporate award for emerging companies in the Pacific Northwest," said Tim Reha, president Venture All Stars. "The Venture All Stars selection committee evaluation process is fairly rigorous and is conducted by the most successful and astute group of VC's you will find in one room; all of this year's top 25 companies should be extremely proud off this recognition and their accomplishments. They are the best and brightest companies the Pacific Northwest has to offer," continued Reha.

The companies were selected from a pool of 25 nominated companies hailing from British Columbia, Oregon and Washington, and were evaluated from multiple business and funding criteria including: strong management, financial backing and high-growth potential (see full list of the top 25 at the end of this release).
