McDonald's customers place an order at an interactive terminal, take a connected RAIN RFID card and scan it to the order. The customer then goes to sit at the table of his choice. When the command is ready, the crew member visualizes the customer's location on a touchscreen thanks to Impinj xArray gateways in the false ceilings that detect the client's connected card. The crew member can then quickly serve the meal, without having to look for the customer.
