Hopeland Technologies Launches Devices Built with Impinj E710 RAIN RFID Chips

Impinj gold partner Hopeland Technologies has released new fixed readers, handheld readers, and reader modules built with the Impinj E710 RAIN RFID reader chip.

Impinj gold partner Hopeland Technologies recently launched new fixed readers, handheld readers, and reader modules built with the new Impinj E710 RAIN RFID reader chip. 

Hopeland’s new products include:

  • Hopeland Shine series HH100 RFID reader — This integrated smart IoT device, featuring an Octa-core CPU and Android 9.0 OS, is built with a 9dBi antenna, extendable RF port, and compatibility with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and 4G. Its IP67 industrial-level support is designed for use in all-weather, rugged environments. 
  • Hopeland Wing series HY820 — This highly integrated Android RFID handheld reader is based on a 2.3GHz Octa-core CPU and features a camera, GPS, and compatibility with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 4G, and 1D and 2D barcodes. It has a read distance of 15 meters along with excellent multi-tag support in a variety of applications.
  • Hopeland Smart series HZ510/HZ511 — This miniaturized UHF RFID reading and writing module supports up to 33dBm RF power output and is ideal for integration with handheld or reader-writer devices. Hopeland Technologies also aims to upgrade all of its Shine and Sharp series RFID readers, integrating the Impinj E710 RAIN RFID reader chip to comprehensively improve user experience.

The Impinj E710 reader chip is a high-performance, low-power, highly integrated system-on-chip (SoC) that extends the item connectivity opportunity to hundreds of billions of things worldwide—including apparel, parcels, pharmaceuticals, automotive parts, and more. It is one of three new RAIN RFID reader chips from Impinj that enable IoT device makers to meet the increasing demand for item connectivity in retail, supply chain and logistics, consumer electronics, and many other markets.
