Impinj Announces New VP of Information Technology: Brian Wilson
Seattle, WA May 14, 2019 - Impinj, Inc. (NASDAQ: PI), a leading provider and pioneer of RAIN RFID solutions, today announced the hiring of Brian Wilson as vice president of information technology (IT). Wilson leads development of Impinj IT infrastructure supporting the company’s research and development of the Internet of Things.
Previously Wilson served in leadership roles at BitTitan, Quantum Corporation, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. In his role with BitTitan, Wilson oversaw the IT operations, enterprise applications, development operations, and quality assurance teams. He was responsible for ensuring 24/7 operational capability of mission-critical IT infrastructure and the SaaS cloud product for a global customer base.
Wilson provides high-level leadership in connecting IT capabilities with business objectives. He has experience enabling companies to generate and pursue new opportunities by enabling technical solutions that match corporate goals with a focus on cloud and SaaS solutions, managed services, and system automation.
