Leading UHF Gen 2 radio frequency identification (RFID) technology provider Impinj, Inc. and global trading company Sumikin Bussan today announced that Sumikin Bussan will sell the Impinj Speedway® family of RFID reader and antenna products throughout Japan, ensuring that Japanese RFID solution providers now have easy access to the world's leading UHF Gen 2 technology for a wide variety of applications and markets.
Seattle, WA September 9, 2009 - Leading UHF Gen 2 radio frequency identification (RFID) technology provider Impinj, Inc. and global trading company Sumikin Bussan today announced that Sumikin Bussan will sell the Impinj Speedway® family of RFID reader and antenna products throughout Japan, ensuring that Japanese RFID solution providers now have easy access to the world's leading UHF Gen 2 technology for a wide variety of applications and markets.
Sumikin Bussan is a leading trading company with deep relationships in numerous key industrial markets throughout Japan and first-hand experience piloting RFID technology in their own apparel supply chain.
