To augment Impinj's exceptionally innovative team, we hire from B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. programs, primarily out of top engineering schools like Berkeley, California Institute of Technology, Carnegie Mellon, MIT, Stanford, UCLA, University of Maryland - College Park, and the University of Washington. From the hundreds of applications we receive each year, we regret that we can only offer a small number of positions.

We are committed to providing excellent career opportunities for top university students and graduates each year. Many of our employees join Impinj as interns during their studies or shortly after graduation, and then decide to join us on a full-time basis.

If you have a high GPA (3.7+) from a top-notch engineering school, watch for intern openings or apply online. The selection process starts with a technical phone interview, and then successful candidates are invited on-site for a series of one-on-one interviews with Impinj engineers and managers.
