The best way to apply is to find the career that most suits you from our Positions Available list, after viewing the Job Description, click "Submit Resume" at the bottom of the page to complete our online application form.
If we don't have a current opening that looks like a fit, and you have an exceptional skill set suited to Impinj's technologies, we invite you to complete a generic Online Application Form to have your resume reviewed for future openings.
An automatically-generated e-mail will immediately be sent to you to confirm receipt of your online resume. We also receive immediate e-mail notification of your resume submission so that we can compare your background to all our open positions and respond to you via e-mail or phone as quickly as possible.*

Our Process
Our typical applicant assessment proceeds as follows, with each step depending on the successful outcome of the prior step.
- We will review your resume against current and expected career opportunities.
- If the qualifications match our requirements, a recruiter will contact you to schedule a 30-60 minute phone interview to learn about your interests, background, and technical knowledge.
- The recruiter will review your background with the hiring manager and determine whether to schedule subsequent phone interviews.
- With continued mutual interest, we will invite you to interview in Seattle, WA or Newport Beach, CA. In-person interviews at Impinj consist of a series of one-on-one interviews with engineers and managers.
- Before an employment offer is made, we always conduct a thorough reference check, including manager references and verification of prior education and employment.
